October 25, 2026
Moobox was made for the big screen — Gurbani in the morning, news and serials with the family in the evening. Whatever smart TV you have, you don't need an app store, a streaming stick, or any extra box. Your TV already has everything needed: a web browser.
What you need
- A smart TV connected to your home Wi-Fi — Samsung, LG, Android TV / Google TV, Fire TV, and most other smart TVs have a built-in browser
- The TV remote — that's it
Option 1: Use the TV's built-in browser
- Press the Home button on your remote and open the TV's Internet / Web Browser app (the exact name varies by brand).
- In the address bar, type moobox.app and go.
- Pick a channel from the TV tab and press play — it works just like on your phone.
- Sign in with your free Moobox account for unlimited watching and your saved favorites. Guests get a 5-minute preview, so signing in is worth the 30 seconds.
- Bookmark it: in the browser menu, choose Add Bookmark for moobox.app. Next time it's one tap from your bookmarks instead of typing the address again.
Option 2: Cast or mirror from your phone
If you already have Moobox open on your phone, you can throw it onto the TV instead:
- Make sure your phone and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Play any channel on Moobox on your phone.
- Tap the Cast button in the player if your TV supports Google Cast — or use your phone's screen-mirroring feature (on Samsung phones it's called Smart View) and choose your TV.
- Your channel now plays on the big screen.
Making it feel like a real TV app
- Sign in once on the TV browser and your favorites follow you — the same list you saved on your phone is waiting on the TV.
- Leave the Moobox tab as your browser's start page if your TV offers that option, so the channels are the first thing you see.
- Radio works on the TV too — handy for kirtan and Punjabi radio in the background.
If a channel buffers or won't load
Streams come live from broadcasters all over the world, so an individual channel can occasionally lag or go down. Try refreshing the page, switching to another channel and back, or checking your Wi-Fi signal. The green check on a channel means it was verified working in our latest check. More fixes are in our FAQ.
Ready when you are: open Moobox and put your channels on the big screen. New to Moobox on your phone too? See how to install Moobox as an app.
