DMCA Takedown Policy

Moobox TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. As stated in our Disclaimer, Moobox TV does not host any video, audio, or media files on its own servers — we only index and link to content hosted by unaffiliated third parties. However, we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable copyright laws.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If a link on Moobox TV points to material that infringes your copyright, send us a notice including:

  1. Your signature (physical or electronic) as the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  2. What copyrighted work is being infringed;
  3. The exact URL(s) on Moobox TV where the link appears;
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email;
  5. A good-faith statement that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're authorized to act.

Where to Send Your Notice

Submit your DMCA notice through our Contact page — no account needed. Incomplete notices may not receive a response.

Our Response

Since Moobox TV doesn't host any files, we can't remove content from third-party servers — but we will promptly remove or disable the specific link(s) you identify from our Website, and may pass the complaint along to the site actually hosting the content where possible.

Counter-Notification

If you believe a link was removed by mistake, you can dispute it through the Contact page — include your name, contact information, which link was removed, and why you believe it was an error.

Repeat Infringers

Moobox TV reserves the right to remove links to content submitted by, or associated with, users or sources who are the subject of repeated and valid copyright infringement notices.

Content Complaints

Not every issue is a copyright claim — if a channel is mislabeled, broadcasting something that shouldn't be listed, or otherwise needs our attention for a reason other than infringement, the same Contact page covers that too; pick "Content Complaint" from the subject list so it reaches the right place.
