Moobox TV does not host, store, upload, or distribute any video, audio, or media files on its own servers. Moobox TV is strictly a directory and indexing service that aggregates and displays links to content that is hosted by unaffiliated, third-party websites and services.
All playable content accessible through Moobox TV is sourced from and hosted by third parties. We do not control, produce, upload, or have any affiliation with the media hosted on these third-party sites. Any legal issues regarding the content itself should be addressed directly to the hosting provider or the party responsible for uploading that content.
The inclusion of a link to a third-party website or stream does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation of any kind between Moobox TV and the owners or operators of that third-party resource. Moobox TV has no control over the availability, legality, or accuracy of third-party content and is not responsible for any changes, removals, or interruptions to that content.
Moobox TV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, reliability, or availability of any third-party content linked to or embedded within this Website.
In no event shall Moobox TV, its owners, or operators be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Website or reliance on any content accessed through links provided on this Website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Moobox TV is intended for general audiences, including our Kids category, so we don't impose an age restriction on the content itself. Creating an account, however, requires that you be old enough in your country to enter into an agreement with us on your own — if you're a minor, please have a parent or guardian create and manage the account, or supervise your use of the site.
If you believe that content linked from Moobox TV infringes your copyright, please refer to our DMCA Takedown Policy for instructions on submitting a removal request.
