Terms of Service

1. Terms

By accessing this Website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Moobox TV's Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Moobox TV's Website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Disclaimer

All the materials on Moobox TV's Website are provided "as is". Moobox TV makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, Moobox TV does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or likely reliability of the use of the materials on its Website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Website.

4. Content Liability

Moobox TV is a directory service. We do not host any files on our servers. All content is provided by non-affiliated third parties. We are not responsible for the content of any linked sites.

5. Donations & Payments

Every channel and feature on Moobox TV is free to use — nothing on this Website is sold, and no payment is required to watch. Where a Donate button is shown, it takes you to PayPal on PayPal's own site to make a voluntary contribution toward our server and streaming costs. Moobox TV never receives, processes, or stores your card or PayPal account details — that transaction is entirely between you and PayPal, governed by PayPal's own terms.

Because donations don't purchase access, a subscription, or any specific feature, they are non-refundable through Moobox TV. If a donation was made in error or you believe you were charged incorrectly, please dispute it directly with PayPal, or contact us and we'll do what we reasonably can to help.

6. Changes to Terms

Moobox TV is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
